Cancellation Policy
At My Muse LLC, we value your time and appreciate your business. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations with Less than 48 Hours Notice
- Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a charge of 25% of the total service cost.
Cancellations with Less than 24 Hours Notice
- Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the total service cost.
No-Shows
- Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the total service cost.
Additional Details:
All cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we encourage you to notify us as early as possible to avoid fees and to allow other clients the opportunity to book the time slot.
